Employees that lie straight to your face. Woke up early to drop off the car as soon as they opened. When we called to get an end of day update, they said it’s still not done yet. We saw through our cameras that it wasn’t even touched all day. The employee told us it was hoisted up in the shop, but work was incomplete. Bad service, try to change my oil, guy told come back at 12pm. When time is came the car still in parking lot and nobody touch it. After that I go to manager and he offered me appointment at 1:30pm, total time waste. WILL NOT RETURN HERE!!!
