I was looking for a good mechanic in the area for on going service of my new to me 2017 golf r. I found auto select through some searching and they were local at the time. I had a stage 1 flash done from Integrated Engineering and that tune required colder plugs, specifically NGK racing competition R7437-9. Bought the plugs ahead of the appointment from WCT performance in Markham, Ed the owner ensured they were the correct plugs.
