Bought a tundra from them and got screwed. Head gasket blew two days into owning it. I was told over text that I would receive help. When confronted with options they refused and told me they can’t despite not disclosing any issues and stating they’d help.
They do a wonderful job and are trustworthy.
As with all used cars, BUYER BEWARE. Bought a 2021 Tacoma (salvage title). Dealership was pleasant to work with, but they are more of a reseller than anything else. They have very little knowledge (beyond CarFax reports) of the condition of the cars they sell. Always get an independent mechanic evaluation of the car’s condition. ALWAYS. like any other used car dealership what you buy is what you buy bought a ram from them, negotiated them changing out fluids and putting in clips to hold engine panel on. the day before came in next day with a check later on opened hood to do a jumpstart notice they didn’t do anything. give or take they did make it very easy to purchase, but that’s any dealership
