07/09/25- still using Autosave for all our car stuff. Steven and the guys here are always so good. I was having an issue and just showed up after work at 3:15 today and they were super nice yet again and took care of it! Thank y’all!! The guys at Autosave are GREAT. I’ve had to use them a few times in the last little bit. Once for an “emergency” situation and the other 2 for other things. So just let me say these guys have done alot of good work for me at a fair price. More than fair most times. They have great prices and do do a great job! I was upset with a recent visit left a bad review. And I got on here and left a bad review. But the problem wasn't the money I think the communication was just bad. And it's always been great. I am changing my 5 Star review to a 1 Star review from 7 years ago. They have gone way downhill. My last balance and tire rotation. They didn’t torque my lug nuts to spec. Two broke off and the other 3 were loose, Fact is all four wheels had lug nuts that needed to be tightened up. No excuse for this. This could have been life threatening, Think about driving 70 Mph on the interstate and your wheel comes off !!! Sad thing is this wasn’t the first time with them, two years ago one lug nut came off after a rotation / balance..... read more
