The service we had when first go my sister tires was great. We went back Saturday and the service writer wanted to talk over my sister and I. He was rude and very ignorant. The service tech and writer never wanted to check my sisters tires when we had a wobble in them. We got road hazard with the tires and they wanted to keep saying transmission. Took her Jeep to the dealer and they had to balance them cause they were off.
Passing through from Birmingham to Eufala with my family, my dog, SUV full of luggage, a full back rack and a flat tire. We pulled up and they immediately checked on us and started looking for ways to get us back on the road. I have a weird tire size that wasn’t in stock. They offered to drive to Montgomery to pick one up, but I didn’t have quite that much time. They literally drove me to another location to buy a tire and bring back to put it on for me. Great experience... Matt and Mike(I think that was his name 🤷🏾♂️🥴) were extremely helpful. I watched how they handled customers ahead of me. They joked and laughed and made the experience very pleasant. They were swamped with customers; however they kept me informed on my status over a period of 2 or 3 days. It didn’t take long at all. They were super patient with my warranty company being that they were placed on hold for over 30 minutes. My air conditioner works PERFECTLY!!! Freezing in the Summer Time!
