Waited over a hr for my car to be brought in for an oil change that I had an appt for. Once it was finished I waited 20 mins for someone to let me know it was done. Guys in the back were snippy not only to me but other ppl there for service. Guy at the desk was nice but overall service as a whole needs improvement.
I would seriously question the honesty of Kirk (Service Manager) and Fred (Service Employee) at this dealership. I pulled my F-150 over after it began losing power and smoking on the highway. I had the truck towed to Brown’s Ford. The next day, they called and told me I needed a new transmission pan because a bolt on the pan had sheared off. They quoted the repair at $1,200.
