This is the worst dealership in Austin. I only gave it one star because I couldn’t give them a 0. DONT GO TO LONG MOTORS. THEY ARE RUDE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND THEY WILL LIE AND SCREW YOU OVER. THEY TRULY ARE THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
I would not recommend Long Motors to anyone. The customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Every time I called, they were extremely rude and short; they seemed unwilling to help or provide clear answers. Their prices are high, and their vehicle selection is limited. I would never do business with Long Motors. Don’t go to this dealership.
