Great customer service
We bought a car for our grandfather from this place a while back. It is a nice, clean little BMW, one owner title, trade in. They even ran a car fax report for us at no charge before we decided to buy the car. There were several nice cars to choose from, but we liked this one was best for him. I went online to look up the phone number to give to a friend today and ran across all these nasty reviews in disbelief. I think it is sad that a dealership can't look up a part for a car because it is not in their computer. No attempt to even try to help. Whatever happened to a catalog?
Worst place you could possibly go to. Rude, unprofessional, made threats. Car was absolutely terrible and needed so much work that it was barely driven for months yet she threatened to sue us over not having it insured during the inactivity periods. Lady was also extremely condescending, had the nerve to text and say things like “I don’t think you could afford it anyway” after being told to just come get the junk.
