I have been.going to Ryan for at least 7 years. As a single female, i trust no-one else. He is honest and they absolutely know what they are doing. Referred my neighbor there who said he needed new breaks...Ryan looked at the breaks and told him no, breaks are fine. He could have replaced the breaks and no one would have been the wiser. Good...honest...hard to find this integrity today.
Took our car to the Cadillac dealer - :BIG mistake... Auto RX fixed the dealer errors, charged less, explained the repairs extensively, and stuck to the quote, and they were polite, efficient, had completed faster than promised... Auto RX is the real deal - thanks guys - the kidd family

They diagnosed issue as alternator, they called around and found one. The parts house delivery driver was backlogged so one of their mechanics went and retrieved the alternator. I was on my way quickly. Most other repair places would have just waited for the delivery, not these guys. Thanks so much!!
