Auto Restorations of Long Island has done work on a few of my cars and I highly recommend them. I have 70 Pontiac Firebird that I've been wanting to get some major work done on. I had a minor accident and had to replace the front right fender and had to bring her in for a small repair. I figured that we can do some resto mods as well. Chuck and his employees are great! I brought my 1968 Shelby Mustang GT500 KR Convertible to Auto Restorations of Long Island to get some work done. I was amazed when the job was done. They replaced my fuel injectors, transmission, coil overs, dual aluminum radiator and a new Magnusun super charger which increased my HP by a lot. Paint job matched perfectly, fit and finish were perfect. New alignment and brakes system as well car rides fantastic! Whenever I need a big job done Auto Restorations of Long Island is my go to.
I used Auto Restorations of Long Island recently to have some major repair work done to my 1968 Roadrunner which was in a collision this spring. When I first got my 73 Mustang convertible, I tried a number of shops in Long Island for upgrades and repairs. I was not happy with the quality of work that I got from most places. Then Auto Restorations of Long Island was referred to me. They have done all repairs small and large from replacing the top raise and lower switch to a complete 351C engine rebuild bored 0.020 over with new crank, performance cam, Edelbrock Performer manifold, and Holley carb. After someone crashed into the front of my car while I had it parked on the street, I chose to bring it to Auto Restorations of Long Island to get the entire front repaired. They were nice and welcoming, listened to my concerns, and repaired all damages in a timely manner. Chuck was wonderful and I am thankful that my car was in good hands. The front looks and feels brand new now! Fast work at the right price.
Very Impressed! I brought my 69 Camaro to Auto restorations of Long Island and was very happy with the work that had been done. The new LS1 engine sound better than ever. The 4 wheel disc brakes could make my car stop on a dime! With the new air ride my car glides over bumps. The paint job is INCREDIBLE! The fittings and gaps have never been better. If you are looking for Resto Mods, Chuck is your guy. I was referred to Auto Restorations of Long Island. Chuck and his crew shipped my 69 Camaro down South and changed every piece of sheet metal. Chuck is a likable guy who is running a ponzi scheme, he takes in more cars than he can complete uses your deposit to finance other projects already in the shop, strings his customers along as long as he can doing minimal work and always asking for more money along the way.
