I highly recommend you call Frank at Auto Rescue if you want prompt, professional rescue. Who wants to be stranded and waiting hours for your rescue? That's what happened to me until I cancelled the snail rescue and called Frank at Auto Rescue. He was there within minutes! Got me back on the road in no time. Polite, professional and very quick. I give them a five star rating

I’m shocked this company is still in business . All the customer complaints . Just imagine the field techs . Company is a big joke.

Unbelievable an terrible experience! Call to get a jump start they charged me $75.00 and a few minutes after being charge they called and said the truck didn't have the necessary equipment to jump start a car! . they said they would credit my money. Three days have gone by and they said my refund was processed but cant send me proof that it was processed. That I have to wait at least 7 days. They also would not connect me to the billing department. What kind of auto rescue service doest have jumper cables.

I waiting for 2 hours for them to provide jump start service and they never showed. They said it was going to be a 45 minute wait. The dispatcher couldn’t contact the person they supposedly dispatched and refused to escalate the issue. Had to cancel and get someone else to jumpstart my car. TERRIBLE SERVICE. STAY AWAY!
