Ryan's shop deserves serious praise. I brought in my vehicle for complex work including subframe bolt repair, sway bar work, and drive shaft center support replacement. After a frustrating experience with another local mechanic who strung me along for two and a half weeks before ultimately refusing to do the job, finding Ryan's shop was a breath of fresh air. Nightmare experience. Went in with transmission issues-quoted me way too high on an issue that could have been fixed with a fluid flush. Wasted 3 days to not even get a diagnosis. Kept dodging my calls and not taking me seriously. Unprofessional and demeaning- called me "hun". Went with a different shop in the area to get a diagnosis the next day.Â
I was in Ogden looking for a place to replace my tail light. Because it's Sunday and most shops were closed by 4pm I found this place at the last minute. I arrived at the place they were already closing up but waited til I get there. It was a small task to them to replace my tail light but to me it was an act of kindness and care. Their willingness to wait to help someone who didn't know how to change a tail light shows great customer support and I appreciate them for what they did. Highly recommend their service.Â
Our car battery died this morning and was corroded beyond belief. These guys were very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The guy who came to fix our car, Angel, was very kind and helpful and got our battery fixed in no time! 10/10 would recommend. Thank you guys so much!Â
