I took my 2015 Hyundai Sonata to Auto Repair Express for an overheating issue. Albert was the only positive part of the experience, he was kind and waited after hours for me to drop off the car. But overall, I was disappointed with the high cost and poor communication. I’ll let you decide as a reader if this is fair. Scammers. Tried to take advantage of my ignorance and charge me 1K to replace my brake rotors, which would have more than doubled the original repair of replacing an axle. When I declined and they wrote me a diagnostic, you can see they said “declined to replace brake rotors” instead of saying anything was wrong with them. Went to another place and they just replaced my axle.

I took my old around-town car in for what I thought was front brakes. Turned out it needed back ones, too. It wasn't a money-making thing to claim that, as the parts were kept and shown to me to verify the work that was needed. While the extra work was unexpected, I'm glad that it was caught. I no longer have brake noise, but more importantly, the car now stops on a dime -sliently and with ease.
