(A) I was happy with the service tech I originally had Mr. Anwar Johnson. But for some strange reason yall decided to give me another service tech Mr. Geovoni . Not saying the next guy was bad but he was DEFINITELY not as good as my original. (B) I don't feel its fair for me to bring my truck in for service on a Monday but you don't actually start on it till Wednesday or Thursday. Excellent customer service. Edwin assisted in receiving my car from tow company and made the entire inconvenience a luxury performance from rental car to updates on vehicle and drop off. My car was cleaned inside and out like a new vehicle. Vera Buick has truly mastered Luxury in every area!! Ty
