Had a issue with my GMC 2023 terrain suv shutdown while driving. I called Vera the next day and was advised not to drive, they assisted with providing a tow truck to pick up car, I guess it was a known issue with the terrain. My car was repaired without any charge.
This time I got good service keep up the good work
Mike was my service rep and wasn’t helpful at all I found him to be nonprofessional and I chose to trade in my truck in a different dealer will never go back to Vera Cadillac poor customer service services
