We are traveling through for work and they were able to get us in to replace a knock sensor on the fly with no standing appointment. Joshua pictured here has the best customer service of any mechanic shop ive ever been to, hands down and ive been to a lot. Every interaction he had with customers was next level. They listened to our concerns and request to change the part that we asked to replace. Highly recommend this shop!

I can't say enough good things about my experience. They found that my wheel hub was bent and explained that my rotor was also bent and my brakes needed to be replaced. They were thorough, honest, and never made me feel pressured. Josh was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, answered all of my questions, and made the whole process much less stressful. Went to several different auto shops and continued to have things just slightly fixed enough that I left it alone. Took it to the Hive and not only were they super friendly and accommodating (got a rental car as they worked on mine, lifesaver) but they actually fixed problems in my car that I hadn’t even told them about. She runs so smoothly now and the overall price was about half as much as I was quoted at other locations. This place has excellent customer service, all the staff was very nice and they run good deals on oil changes, but like others have stated they mark up prices and make up issues. Ive been here twice with my 4 runner. The first time was for my driver side blinker, which they claimed they fixed but didnt. Brought it back, still didnt fix it, so I finally just did it myself. YouTube and some parts from the auto store. Second time for an oil change and they told me a bunch of my parts were leaking. Which was alarming. They wante... read more

Joshua is so knowledgeable and helpful! When my son had car trouble, they got his car in right away and gave him a loaner to drive. They were so thorough in their diagnosis of the problems and patiently answered all my questions. Great service, highly recommend!
