Worst experience ever, lied to me about receiving tracking number and photos, and now can't get in touch with someone about a refund, still haven't received merchandise or tracking number, just terrible customer service
UPDATE 3/16/2022: ARP is refusing to answer any of my calls or texts about a refund. They are trying to get me to stop bothering them about this. Someone from this company needs to contact me ASAP. It’s insane that they would let their reps promise someone a refund and then never process it!?!?!? That is a bait and switch scam if I’ve ever seen one. Worst company ever dealt with, sold me transmission then then got when I called they said it was on hold because miss quoted...very poor service do not recommend buying from them at all.
I purchased a 2.2 eco-tech engine and it runs perfect and sounds good so far. Ron Torreto did an excellent job of finding me a good low mileage engine. Very helpful and great to work with. Will call him again when I need engines. Thanks again Ron!
