Completely rude service. People working here take joy in seeing folks jammed up trying to recover their vehicles. We were behind on the 58th payment on a 60 month loan and they took my car. When I went to redeem it they were the most obnoxious people ever. The only reason they exist is to act with parasitic banks and cause problems for honest hardworking people. Shame on them.
They will do everything they can to keep you from getting your car back. My car was repossessed even though I paid the bank. The bank already sent the release note, but the tow company is claiming they haven’t received it. I’ve been going back and forth with them for five days now — and of course, they’re charging me for each day they hold the car. I have proof that the bank sent the release note five days ago.
