The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. I had to call multiple times just to get an update on my vehicle, and they kept giving me the runaround. No respect for customers’ time.Â
I brought my car in for a simple bumper repair and ended up paying nearly double what other shops quoted me. The work wasn’t even that great—paint didn’t match and the bumper alignment was off. Not coming back.Â
After getting my car back, I noticed scratches on the hood that weren’t there before. When I pointed it out, they denied responsibility. Extremely unprofessional and careless with vehicles.Â
I was told the repair would take 3 days—it took over a week with no explanation. Every time I called, they blamed supply issues or were “waiting on parts.” Very frustrating experience.Â
They had my vehicle for three weeks for a bumper repair they initially said would take 5 days. When I finally got it back, the bumper wasn’t aligned properly. Total waste of time and money. Never again.Â
