I can't say enough good things about Katlyn and the Auto-Rain team. They did a fantastic job designing and installing our sprinkler system, working closely with us every step of the way to ensure all of our needs were met. The installation was efficient, and they took great care to protect our lawn and landscaping throughout the process. I highly recommend them!
Auto-Rain had great reviews when we decided to contact them for an estimate, so I had high expectations. I’m happy to say that those already high expectations were exceeded. Katlyn did a wonderful job designing the system and explaining exactly what each head is supposed to do and the area it covers. Auto rain installed my sprinkler system 5 years ago and I’ve had no problems at all. Great system with gravity drain set-up so I don’t have to have a company blown out the lines with a compressor in the fall.
Katelyn at Auto Rain provided our family with the best customer service we have had in years and years! She is so knowledgeable about all things irrigation and sprinklers, plus many other related lawn care issues. She is honest, reliable, personable, patient, smart, friendly, hardworking, dedicated and so much more. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service care with received thru Auto Rain! 10/10 recommend!!!
From initial consultation through completion of the project, Katlyn and her crew were delightful to work with and brought a high level of creativity, experience and professionalism to the installation of a new irrigation system.
