The dealership failed to fulfill its due diligence, not disclosing a $35,000 theft claim registered with UCDA on my vehicle. See attached. No dealer is willing to take the vehicle for trade in, due to this claim, and they all strongly suggested to report to OMVIC. Don't believe in their paper reports and verify it yourself. Their safety certificate was also discovered to be false-with bad misalignments and rear defrost defective.
