The owners wife has the meanest, vilest, nastiest customer service EVER!!! The owners are low down and dishonest people who are selling hard working people junk cars. I would NEVER EVER recommend these trifling people to anyone. I made a complaint to the BBB!

My daughter purchased her first vehicle from Auto Queen. We were told that the radiator and muffler had just been replaced and that there were no major issues with the car. It was smoking severely by the time we got home. The car had a blown head gasket. I tried several times to get some kind of resolution and I could not even get a reply. I understand that there are risks in buying a used vehicle and that as-is is just that but they truly misrepresented this vehicle and now we just put \$800 more in this car that we did not... read more
