I was very disappointed. When presented the deal with financing he added over $1000.00 to the price advertised on CarGurus. Seems like that should be a violation of the terms of service, if not deceptive advertising. No where in the ad on CarGurus could I find any reference to the price advertised being a CASH ONLY price. Seems dishonest to me.
I was figuring on spending 2 or 3 hundred on rear brakes, an oil change, and a mysterious harmonic vibration. They said I didn’t need brakes and fixed the harmonic vibration with a heat shield clamp. Cost: $42.

Stopped off here en route from Virginia Beach to NJ. I had two new tires and an alignment done the day before in Virginia. While making my way , a few hours in my front end was rattling like crazy and g a weird noise. Pulled in and without hesitation John said he’d take care of it ASAP. The idiots at the place I got my tires in VB never tightened the lug nuts. I could have lost a wheel at 70mph. In and out in 3 minutes and my Jeep was good as new.
