I would say the workmanship and communication is very disappointing. Poor follow through with warranty related items. No straight answer to reported defects. I suspect this company because, charging my insurance over 15K to do a frontal repair on my BMW. Shortly after my “new headlight” did not work. Took it back to them only to get the runaround about how the warranty is out and they are looking into talking to my Insurance for more money or the Dealer. I never heard back from them. I HAD MY BRAND NEW HIGHLANDER REPAIRED AT PRESTIGE TOO AND THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND YOU COULD NOT TELL IT HAD EVER BEEN DAMAGED.. THE "CREW" WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL AND I GOT CALLS EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS TELLING ME THE STATUS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
