Horrible customer service by an older lady, wanted to come and bid for cars and came with my brother but he wouldn't be bidding and still THEY WANTED US TO PUT ANOTHER $200 deposit on top of mine, he was ot bringing any ID then they said maybe with a debit card then they said no and then was pointless for me to even bid so I told them then I wanted my deposit back and the old lady threw back my money, besides this Place is HORRIBLE
