Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Second time calling, still get a rude, incompetent employee who answers the phone. Never will have my business again, which is sad. Considering this was my late grandfathers #1 store for parts. Sad. If you don’t like your job, don’t make it miserable for the customers.
Friendly staff that helped me with a new ball hitch on my truck.
