Horrible
Not only are the parts junk, so is their warranty and customer service. I have been trying for over a month now to get the ball joints covered under warranty (now the upper control arms as well) because they are bad and it hasn't been 6 months since they were originally replaced. I was told the last 2 weeks they would be shipped to my house, still haven't received them so I call this morning only to be told that now they don't ship to your house and they won't cover under warranty until I bring the old ones back and they won... read more
