Called them concerning a battery that still had 6 months on the warranty and the guy told me I needed the receipt of purchase. Told him I didn't know what happened to it since it had been 2 years that it was purchased.Battery had a 30 month warranty. I asked him if it was in the computer? The guy hung up on me ! I'm stuck with a battery that is faulty with still six months on the warranty and these people don't want to honor that without the receipt.
Closed when the hours say it's open. Smh
