This place has really gone down. The last two times I have gone here with anappointment they tell you they cant so the service on the website you picked. They should really close this location it is an embarrassment to pepboys
I use the pep boys in lindenhurst on Sunrise Highway Kenny is the one who works on my car !! He is honest and great i completely trust him

If your car have any problem the solution is not far than pep Boys auto service in sunrise ....Akhiem and Mariam were very professional, kind and inspiring. A real asset forbthis company.
When I went there for oil change it took 2 hours. Wanted to do battery testing and change-4 hours. Making appointments makes absolutely no difference. The only good I can say, is Mariem—she is very nice and patient. I choose to go here because I live a less than a minute walking distance. I think it’s time to choose a different place.
