I only went for a flat tire but they were personable and the waiting time was minimal. Also, they're pricing was less than expected.

I am escalating a serious concern regarding my 2016 Toyota Camry (VIN: 4T1BF1FK5GU128402) serviced at your location on July 3, 2026 for an oil change. I arrived at approximately 10:37 AM. After delays, I was told my tires needed replacement, but I clearly requested only an oil change. After nearly two hours, I was informed only after I requested an update that the oil filter housing or cap was cracked, allegedly due to prior over-tightening. Things that are needed to be inspected per ny state law weren’t inspected thoroughly . Tried to charge me extra to have it evaluated even though it’s part of the inspection. And they told me they don’t do that during state inspection. (Struts) even thought it’s part of the basic state inspection
