I bought a faulty starter from them and had to return it. they replaced it with another one but then I had to pay over 250 for the labor I wouldn't have needed to pay if the first part worked as it should've and not needed to be replaced.

I've been made aware of some shady things going on with a specific branch's time punches and manager performance/substance issues and want the employee to be able to reach out through the proper channels within the company as his manager is the issue, so he cannot go to him to resolve it.
