The gentleman in the front is top tier employee. I came in to change a battery, with everything in order. I could not get a new battery because they “already did their inventory for the year”. What does that have to do with the customer? There was no warning or disclaimer alerting customers. Why open if you can’t sell or return because your inventory is already counted earlier than it should be?
