i got and paid off 2 vehicle they told me i had to wait for my title and they will call six months later they never called when i called them about my title they tell me they don't have it and was waiting for the owner to bring it then they want me to pay 120 dollars for duplicate and they will reimburse me and sign off on the title but they were the one who register my vehicle. you cant register a vehicle without a title. bunch of bull crap. And they are never open when they are suppose to be.
Today is the day my temp tags expire. So naturally I went to the DMV and wanted to see if I can get the proper tags put on and so forth. It was here where I discovered that the dealership didn't bother to process my paper work in order for me to get the temp tags off of my car so I can get the real thing. They told the woman at the DMV to call them back at noon. I just called and informed them if the paper work has not been started then to please supply me with another temp tag. John is great ..I've gotten 2 cars from him excellent condition and held up great he is honest and not money hungry but is other site in maple shade on rt 38 sucks they don't care stick with John you'll get what u want
