Really rude and condescending. Would never consider them in future. Not sure how they're managing to get five star reviews, but clearly they had an issue with me sending through a genuine enquiry, when all they had to say was "no, that is a genuine Mazda part". Assuming I can't read 🤣 I'm assuming they need to work on their interpersonal skills when dealing with the public.
What a character is old mate Chris. He didn't have my parts that I needed but I did come in after 12, and yes I have a Ssangyong stavic, not always parts readily available. But had a good yarn anyway. The shop has plenty of items in it and both gentlemen are very knowledgeable. Give it a go.
