I purchased a chrome part for my jeep grand Cherokee on e-bay. It was packaged in a box and wrapped in a foam wrap. I pulled it out of the foam wrap and box. It already had 2 scratches on it. So they sent it out with scratches on it. I went and requested a return for damaged item. The next day I received an email asking for pictures of the scratches and the box.
