Great counter staff. New call center not so good
I've been shopping at the great Auto Parts Outlet store in Bgt,CT for years now and I never had any complaints whatsoever so ever and the staff there are very knowledgeable and eager to assist. As long as they have their doors open for business I will spend money there. Oh and their prices are very comtetive. Awesome place for your auto parts needs!👍🏼
I bought a bumper and they gave me the wrong year. Now they don't want to change it because it's painted. I understand that it's painted, but it wasn't my fault that they gave me the wrong bumper.
