Rude and nasty customer service, no apologies or acountability when they make mistakes that cost you time and money, they shift the blame on the computer or their people taking phone calls and still make you pay for it.
Great customer service and great prices, parts are readily available same day.
I was disappointed by the rude behavior of the manager at the desk. It’s reasonable to expect basic courtesy and respect toward customers.
