I regret not paying attention to the Google reviews. I was charged over $600 today without receiving the service I paid for. My car was with them from 9 AM to after 2:30 PM without any work done. They sent a filler video only after I reached out multiple times. After more than two hours of waiting at home, I was told they needed to keep my car overnight, but then informed it was ready moments later. If I can give them zero stars I would they are very misleading i got a call to come do a trade on my 2023 jeep renegade and when I got there I stayed there over 7hrs and they did absolutely nothing but wasted me n my mother time I originally got my jeep brand new 2023 with super high payments and that's why I ended up back here. If you are looking for a new car, truck or SUV, this is definitely a good place to go. HUGE selection. I however drove here, (4 hours) to test drive a used Jeep. Was told it had just been serviced!! It kept popping out of 1st gear. Turn signals didn't work. It was taken back to the service dept. Guy comes back and says the problem is in the ignition switch, they'll have to order the part. The guy in these photos is an actually piece of slime. He cheats in video games turning clips into videos for clout on TikTok. The guy is just slime would not recommend this company with guys like this working for them.
