Every time I go to Auto Park Chrysler Jeep it is truly an amazing experience and that is all thanks to Alexander Gran and Amy. They are consistently kind, welcoming, and go out of their way to make everything simple and stress free. No matter what I need they always take the time to explain things clearly, keep me updated, and make sure I am completely taken care of. Great service! Wayne was wonderful and everyone in the service department was friendly!
Took my Rubicon as temp. gauge was heating up and almost towards max. They charged me $250 today that it did not show any code and keep driving till some sign shows up. Took it to Precision tune , replaced thermostat and all is normal. They just charged without doing anything. They are rip off
I couldn't ask for a better service department, Sheila, Wayne, Max, and Ashlyn were all great to speak to and work with! I was even able to purchase an oil change package deal at a great value! I was in and out of their Express Service in no time and was even able to pay on the go through a link they sent me. I was able to save time on check out that way since Im always on the go! Great efficiency and effort team!
