Rude, Unprofessional, Sarcastic, Unreliable, and UNETHICAL. Their driver was cited in an accident almost three months ago. Because I did not accept their initial offer of 80% Liability for them and 20% for me, they decided the next day that they were now only 20% responsible and I was 80%!!!
