Carvel Graham was respectful and very helpful in processing my claim.
We had a hail damage claim and auto owners took great care of us. From the time I contacted my agent to the time we closed the claim was maybe 6 business days. The claims representative, Grace, was awesome. Great personality and a nice person. I have been with auto owners since 2010-11? No complaints

Auto Owners Insurance is the best insurance company I’ve ever worked with. They process claims in a timely manner. The people that represent the company are super nice and professional. They treat you fairly and show genuine concern for your losses. They make sure everything is exactly how it should be. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.
