Was awful working with them adjuster was super rude the whole time ended up switching insurance during our house flooding due to them being rude and zero help do not recommend. We had to contact everyone and still they only sent out people to do the demo after that just sat in stand still zero repair zero help save yourself the time and get insurance elsewhere won't even cover a hotel stay since we couldn't even stay in our place.
Ryan was very easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and took care of our claim without any problems or delays.
Auto Owner’s Insurance was great at covering my kitchen fire remediation costs. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because some things took longer to process than expected. I had several large out of pocket costs that I needed to be reimbursed for. However, they were easy to work with and everything that needed to be done was covered.
The agent Ryan Owczarzak is very professional. He conducted onsite inspections on a timely basis and recorded the details. He responded and answered my questions in clear way. He processed my claims in a timely manner. Great job!
