Megan was an absolute animal of an agent. She has ruined my life and so did the agency. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING THERE EVER ESPECIALLY WITH A STAFF MEMBER SO DISRESPECTFUL AS THE ONE THEY HAVE CURRENTLY WORKING. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU WILL BE A LOYAL CLIENT FOR YEARS AND THAT WILL GO UNNOTICED AS SOON AS YOU MISS ONE PAYMENT.
I have never seen a more incompetent claims adjuster in my life. How do you tell your customer that you are not replacing the floors in the adjacent rooms just because there is a doorway there. If they would have said threshold, I would understand, but what do we do? Should we saw cut the tile in place and then put some other tile up against it? I'm sure that would look like it did pre-loss. Stay away from AO......and mainly the Southgate office. Way better carriers out there that will actually take care of you when you need... read more
I wish I could give this company negative stars. I've been a contractor for 15 years and never had a claim, a loss, literally have never used my insurance. I signed up with them through a broker, and they sent me an audit, which I receive every year, but they asked for details on literally every single payment that I made to my subcontractors for 2024. They said that, unless I sent them this, they would charge an ADDITIONAL 50% premium! I don't have an office staff, I am the only employee, so the amount of time it would take... read more
