They used to be a solid insurance company. I've been with them for years, and then all of a sudden this year they started following industry standards and charging a fraudulent fee of $700. As much as having our sewer line replaced has been a major project, the claims process with Jason as our adjuster went great. Really appreciated him making the insurance claims process as smooth as possible.
