Benjamin was helpful, understanding, accommodating, patient and responsive. Gettin rear ended sucks, but Benjamin made the claims process smooth. I don’t have auto owners, they just handled the claim because they were the other drivers insurance but he treated me like a lifelong customer. Payout was fair and simple. They provided a rental while we shopped for replacement car. Very pleased
I represented Auto Owners as an Independent Agent for over 38 years. I retired 7 years ago and kept my Auto, Home and Life Insurance with them because of the service you get when you need them the most. We recently had an Auto claim and our car was deemed a total loss. I received a call from the Adjuster, Benjamin Bramwell the same day we turned the claim in. My family and I have received quick , professional and KIND treatment and service through Auto-Owners Insurance. Our adjuster Justin Willox and Legal Representative, Chad Verastek were wonderful to work with. They were both patient and kind with assisting us with a huge claim ( fire recovery) . It was a daunting experience- but they both helped us navigate through all the repairs and legal issues. And they did it with a kind and caring attitude.
