Stay far away from Auto Outlet of Irvington. My wife, 3-year-old daughter, and I were pressured into a car we didn't choose. They rushed the paperwork, never explained the contract, and added over $3,500 in charges (GAP and warranty) we never agreed to. Less than 5 minutes after leaving, the car shut down it needed gas and a jump start. We were stranded at night with our toddler, and the dealership refused to help. I was completely misled by this dealership. I called ahead and was told the truck I was interested in was available. I even confirmed over the phone before making the trip. I drove two and a half hours to get there, only to find out the truck was not available at all. Instead, they tried to push me into buying a different vehicle for nearly double the price. This was a complete waste of my time and a clear bait-and-switch tactic. Be very careful – this is not a trustworthy place to do business.
