Have taken our vehicles since 2012. Sadly, less communication with the actual mechanics and more communication with front reps, which just calls to give prices with no explanation. Took our vehicle for services (Struts and Brake Service) and then recieve call that additional services needed to be done. FYI prior charges was of $1600 and wanted to charge an additional $1200 for Control Arms!. Declined the additional service. Not even 24 hours of picking up vehicle it gave of issues. These guys saved my wife and I big time on Christmas Eve. They were about to close but stayed open to help us get safely to our grandchildren for Christmas. The love and kindness they gave us was our Christmas miracle. Thank you Thank you Thank you to Carlos and Suzanna
Absolutely Not a place to bring your car my friend has been with them for a couple of months for a oil leak she brings it for a basic thing then it turns out it’s another thing next day sill the oil leak comes back n it’s something else the point that that oil leak can’t get fix so far I just tho this people are taking advantage of her with lies definitely not a place to bring your car .
It’s hard to find a trust worthy car shop these days :( the people working here at this family & friends owned business are not loyal, not transparent, and do not have a sense of urgency or any type of decent customer service. save yourself the annoyance and disappointment and find another location to trust with your auto needs with your hard earned money.
