By far the most unprofessional service ive ever had. Took 6 hours to install a windshield. They were closed by the time it was finished curing, but the lady said she would stay and wait. When i drove all the way across town i got there and she had left and locked up shop. I came by the next day and told the owner what i was dealing with the day before. I called and set a appointment for a Saturday to have my windows tinted on my Dodge Charger. On Friday I had a appointment cancel on me that opened up my afternoon so I call them back to see if I could get it done that day they said No problem bring it in. They had my car about 1 hour and when I got it back it looked perfect. They did a awesome job. I would recommend them to everyone. BTW several years ago they did 3 windshields for me in the same day and all where done perfectly
Had them install a moonroof in my brand new car. It has leaked ever since. I've gone back to them several times and each time they insist that I'm wrong. I'm definitely not wrong when ever it rains, the snow is melting or when I go through the car wash.
First call I made to this company the Gentleman "Eric" was very friendly and answered all my questions. He made me feel that I was not rushing him and that was an extra bonus for this business. I called a few other businesses to ask the same questions. They were nice but they made me feel that I was being rushed. I called Auto One back and asked some more questions on additional jobs that I needed done on my vehicle and spoke to Dave. Terrible Experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The woman at the counter was rude and provided zero "customer service". They sold me a junk product and it took three trips to, in the end, not even correct the problem. I have heard from two other people that they would NEVER go here again. Do not waste your time and money to be treated like dirt.
