Terrific experiences every time I've gone. I own two vehicles, a Fusion Hybrid and a '99 Nissan Frontier pickup. Both come out looking brand new every time thanks to the workers who prep them before they go through the tunnel, tending to trouble spots and pre-treating the stuck on bugs. I just returned from the gulf coast - the love-bugs (if you don't know what they are look it up!) were so bad I had to get the Fusion washed when I got there.
