Horrible representatives, unprofessional, and confrontational. They act like you’ve offended them personally when late on a payment and like to argue with while accusing you of lying. Only deal with Edgar Garcia everyone else is trash.

I liked it better where you were able to send as much as you wanted for payments it made it easier to get things sent and doesn't give you a minimum amount. I was with this company before until I crashed. I got a knew vehicle and I was with auto now again and their payment system in my opinion is bad.
