I make keys for Auto Now. They treat there customers great
ZERO STARS, but I needed to let others know what this company will “cut you a deal” for. I have a loan with you guys, and I’ve only had the car for about six months. Unfortunately, we’ve been having nothing but issues. I came to you hoping you could help us find a reliable car because I was pregnant at the time. We were told there would be a “warranty” on the car, but we missed the first oil change by just a few miles. How is that even remotely realistic and fair? Was very disappointed in Auto now they charged me $20,000 for a 2010 Toyota Corolla. I was hit by a semi and they knew I was going through it with the insurance company and they intended to run my credit down 200 points and there was nothing I can do about it I even was trying to get another car from them and the insurance would have came through eventually.
