This establishment is an absolute joke. I went on ChatGPT and ask them for the best mechanic for Honda cars in Markham. It recommended this location. I made an appointment dropped my car off at one in the afternoon. They did not work on my car at all and then said that they did a diagnostic on it But the information they were giving was incorrect for my vehicle, then proceeded to leave my sunroof open and the lights on in my car and leave it out back for me to pick up by the time I arrived battery was dead. From the reviews it appeared to be a very reputable place to have underbody rustproofing done. I called and scheduled an appointment. I arrive on the day of the appointment and check in at the front desk. The service was very disorganized and the front desk rep was receiving training while booking me in.
