Very long story short, I emergently brought my car in with what turned out to be a dead cat wrapped around the drive shaft after another shop refused to even attempt to remove it. Within two days, Mike and team had removed it, steam cleaned the engine and changed the oil, for a price that was more than fair. I cannot begin to express my relief and gratitude, and am now a customer for life.

This place is expensive and did not address or fix problem. They replaced a couple things that I may or may not have needed. Mechanic said he usually drives car a 7 mile rt before and after. I drove it 3 miles and still heard the same noise. I will not take back. Unfortunately, I think some businesses still take advantage of women. Such a huge inconvenience, now I have to take time to find another place. 3 days later took to another business, they did a diagnostic test and found the problem.
