Update…. lol these guys said they replaced 2 batteries In a SL55 I bought…turns out low voltage. Tried charging me $1700 after I bought the vehicle. (They said they replaced the batteries which they never did) Nothing works yet In the convertible. Paid $19k for absolute garbage. Top wont close… Just a bunch of con artists. They don’t know what the hell is going on. Stay away from the frauds! Took it to Feldmans, fixed it and sold with a loss. STAY AWAY from this corrupt business . I will be reporting them!

I've never been to a dealership where they go over and beyond for their customers like this one. This dealership needs to teach classes in how to appreciate and treat customers.
Edit: The response from Auto Motion is emblematic of the issues I’ve encountered. Btw, it was a FORD FIESTA. Not a BMW 🙄 I bought a car from Automotion in 2017 and assumed all paperwork was taken care of. I called them at the end of June because when I was ready to sell the car I had no title in my files. As it turns out I never technically owned the car because the title was NEVER transferred to me. The DMV had it still listed under “Dealer Conditional” so they could not give me a duplicate title.
